Sally Sherrard, PA-C, Sieber Plastic Surgery, San Francisco. 40 prompts across ChatGPT and Claude, measured 9 August 2026, published with her permission. Every number in every HearAbout report traces to a prompt we ran, on a date we state.
Forty patient-style prompts, four AI assistants, every one asked several times. We read every answer and trace it back to the web page that caused it.

“The raw material was already excellent: a detailed bio, 290 reviews naming her, a national training credential, two offices. Almost none of it was readable by a machine as hers.”

If yours doesn't show at least one verified error, missing profile or unread page, tell us within 14 days and it's free.
Yes, and you should. You'll get one answer. Ask again and you'll get a different one. We ask forty questions several times each across four assistants, then trace every answer back to the page that caused it. That last part is what tells you what to fix.
Some are, and it's growing, but Google still sends far more. The reason to check isn't traffic. It's that patients who do ask get confident, specific answers, and those answers are often wrong about basic facts. In a 2026 survey, two thirds of patients who used AI to research a provider hit incorrect information, and most trusted it.
No, because there isn't one. AI assistants write a fresh answer each time from whatever pages they read in that moment. Anyone showing you a single rank is showing you one roll of the dice. We show you how often you appear across repeated runs, which is the honest number.
Practice name, website, locations, the services you most want to be found for, and any competitors you already watch. Nothing about patients, ever. Everything we look at is public.
